Detailed cup profile

Its funkiness is typical of natural process specialty coffee from Ethiopia. This complex cup delivers at first zesty juicyness of guava and mango, which then gives way to a ripe pomegranate sweetness. A textured body and medium acidity delivers a beautifully balanced cup.

A wonderful tea-like consistency as a filter coffee with all those fruit notes on display and yet a gorgeous roundness and depth as an espresso coffee. All coffees from southern Ethiopia display an earthiness in the cup and this is of course no exception. There is still that dense medium bodied texture and a light chocolate aftertaste to balance out a super drinking experience.

Perfect preparation

A fruity and floral filter; funky espresso.
