Detailed cup profile
A fully washed coffee but using an extended fermentation process at the farm to create a beautifully balance of sweet and citrus, brown spices and marzipan. The natural underlying sweetness reveals itself first as a stone fruitiness and then more towards a caramel and cookies flavour. Medium to full body and a creamy texture. The medium acidity gives it that extra bite as espresso and a light spice note.

A richly flavoured and textured espresso; moka pot; all milky coffees.
