Known for its misty mountain peaks, rich volcanic soil, and small family-run farms, Tolima is a paradise for coffee lovers! Our Colombian beans come from the Caturra and Castillo varieties, carefully cultivated by Casifur farmers at high altitudes of 1,400 to 2,000 meters above sea level. The high altitude contributes to a clean, crisp finish, making this coffee ideal for espresso, pour-over coffe and filter brewing.
