This 2020/21 Harvest highlights a distinctive watermelon tone and a light peachiness to the aroma. A sweetness similar to a ripe pink grapefruit and a distinct earthiness in the form of a chai spice is clear to us. A lovely dry aftertaste of cinnamon and dark chocolate complete what is a wonderfully complex and yet balanced coffee.
Thailand has a very small but dynamic Specialty Coffee scene. For a while all the best coffees stayed inside Thailand where independent roasters are growing in popularity, so it is not so widely known outside of the region. But it’s reputation is growing. The mountainous province of Chiang Mai in Northern Thailand offers the perfect landscapes, altitudes and micro-climates for growing these wonderful coffees. Our export partner Beanspire has secured us just a small quantity of this highly sought-after coffee so it is a very Limited Edition offer.
